Well, this was a lovely time. I did get a few flashbacks to games like Detention and (appropriately) Paper Bride, and I assure that is a big compliment.
I did find myself confused a bit by a few puzzles, as I could have sworn I read and translated things correctly, yet my choices of dates were somehow off anyway - not to mention that actually inputting the dates via the candles could be weird and finicky at times, and require you to click a bit faster than I was prepared for.
But that aside, a beautiful story being told with beautiful art is always appreciated. Definite recommendation, if you are prepared to scratch your head a few times trying to think of what to do next.

There is a legend of the Fallen Flower Cave woman in western Hunan, which says that there are some unmarried women in the tribe, who have not found anyone to be trusted for life at the age of marriage, and have a similar state of wandering the world, her complexion is as bright as peach blossoms, and her eyes are as bright as stars. According to the local saying, this is the will of the cave god (the person who should be robbed), no one dares to touch the cave God's domain, the villagers and their families choose a good day to send her into the cave to offer the cave God marriage.
Fantastic art style, puzzles that are headscratching but not frustrating, and a really good story from start to end. Awesome work done by all of you on the team!

The story, art style and music are all so impressive! The art style and music really help create the perfect ambiance to absorb the story in a way that is impactful. This game includes a commentary on women and their value in society. It is solemn and delivered fantastically though Chinese folklore! The inclusion of nüshu in the cave and it being referenced later was also beautiful! I look forward to more games from these developers!!!!! :D

Very astonishing. I can see the deeper meaning of this game. It's not only about the art and the music that really build the atmosphere, or the terror hidden behind the so called 'tradition' , it's also about awakening of feminist consciousness, about free love and marriage. This is not something you get to see everyday.

First of all, the game's art and music performance is impressive. From the delicate graphics to the scary music, it is immersive and deepens the sense of atmosphere of the game. In particular, the Chinese wedding scene shows strong cultural characteristics, providing non-Chinese players with a rare opportunity to learn about traditional Chinese culture.
The game's plot is skillfully designed and captured my interest by gradually revealing cause-and-effect relationships. 湘西有落花洞女的传说，是说部落里有一些未婚的女子，在适婚的年龄没有找到可以托付终身的人，得了类似神游四海的状态，她的面色灿若桃花，眼睛亮如星辰。按照当地的说法，这是洞神旨意（应劫之人），无人再敢触碰洞神的禁脔，村民和其家人选定良辰吉日，将她送入洞中献予洞神联姻。
玩完了不给出最后一个纸扎娃娃的结局，个人认为剪纸是最适配少数民族的美术风格没有之一！不过剪纸这个元素与游戏关联不大，非要说的话这个游戏让我觉得更像一个日式剧情向解谜游戏，侧重点在剧情而不是解谜。游戏内生肖和女书数字的结合我认为是一层带着民俗风味的加密，但游戏直接告诉我这个日期其实也不会对本身的解密有什么影响。因为本人是解谜游戏的狂热爱好者，所以总体上感觉没有什么难度，一口气玩下来读了一个有些悲伤但坚韧的故事，如果上steam的话会进行购买支持，期待更多的游戏剧情内容。
